Gahlia Eden is a Creative Producer  & Multimedia Storyteller working in film and theater.

​In 2020 she made her feature debut as a producer on the award winning film “The Subject” directed by Lanie Zipoy, and written by Chisa Hutchinson. 

Gahlia is the Assistant Producer on "The Complete Performer" a live comedy magic show starring Emmy Award winning Letterman writer, Ted Greenberg.

As a member of 400 Years of Inequality National Organizing Committee she is leading the Artistic Direction of “A Call Answered: Observing History — Reclaiming the Future” , a transmedia narrative in development, which features stories of select 1619 observances held in 2019. Additionally, Gahlia produced and curated digital content for the Organizing Committee’s interactive learning guide "A People's Pathway to Equity".

At University of Orange, a free people's urbanism school in Orange, NJ, Gahlia produces and edits educational videos, coordinates the documentation of programs and events, and provides administrative support. This work informs her belief that digital media is a powerful tool for place-making, resource sharing, and future building.

​Gahlia is focused on telling stories that inspire social change, and aims to use her skills to uplift the work of independent artists and community organizations.
